Printer Support Solutions began as Lone Star Printer Solutions back in 2001created by David Bourque. We recently changed our name to better identify our suite of services. Printer Support Solutions offers printer repair, copier repair, OEM and compatible consumable supplies and equipment refresh. PSS also offers printer repair training to a wide variety of clientele under the designation ProTech Printer Solutions.
Back in 2007, Hewlett Packard had a unique problem. They had over 250 Customer Service Engineers (CSE's) that required training in the repair of their own series of products. They contacted ProTech through a former employer. For four months ProTech trained the CSE's to succesfully maintain the Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet and LaserJet MFP line of products. This unique opportunity provided us with even greater knowlege of the HP line of products.
